Features
AI answer monitoring for investor relations is the practice of checking what AI engines tell investors about a public company, and fixing the sources behind wrong answers. The MS House Investor Answer Audit does this for one earnings release at a time, within 48 hours.
What is in the audit?
Which audit sections guide decisions?
The audit has 10 sections. Each one answers a question someone on your team will ask, and each one leads to a decision.

| Top issues | What are the root causes, ranked by harm to investors? | Head of IR, Communications |

Which audit sections provide the evidence?

| Every answer | What did every engine say to every question? | IR |

Which questions do you ask the AI engines?
MS House asks the questions real investors are likely to ask after an earnings release, grouped into results, guidance, capital return and balance sheet, leadership, segments and margins, outlook, risk and deals, and calendar and sources. Every question is asked on all 4 engines. Your audit lists every question and every answer.
How do you build the question set?
MS House does not use a fixed question list. Our prediction model generates a synthetic set of the questions real investors are likely to ask about your company. It is built from question patterns on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, ChatGPT, Reddit and Quora, and from academic studies of how investors search. The set is made for each company and updated every quarter. Questions about stable facts, such as who the CEO is, mostly stay the same, so those answers stay comparable quarter to quarter.
The home page explains what each group covers and which team owns it.
What investor questions does the audit ask ChatGPT and the other engines?
The Investor Answer Audit covers 7 topic groups across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. Each group has defined coverage, a business reason and an owner.
Which topic groups cover financial performance?
The Investor Answer Audit covers results, guidance, capital return and balance sheet, and segments and margins in these 4 groups.
| Topic group | Coverage | Why it matters | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Results | Reported financial performance | Shows whether the quarter is represented correctly | IR and Finance |
| Guidance | Current guidance and changes | Sets investor expectations | IR and Finance |
| Capital return and balance sheet | Dividends, buybacks, cash and debt | Explains capital allocation and liquidity | Treasury and IR |
| Segments and margins | Business unit performance and profitability | Explains operating drivers | IR and Finance |
Which topic groups cover leadership, events and sources?
The Investor Answer Audit covers leadership, outlook, risk and deals, and calendar and sources in these 3 groups.
| Topic group | Coverage | Why it matters | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leadership | Executive roles and changes | Confirms who runs the company | Communications and IR |
| Outlook, risk and deals | Forward outlook, material risks and transactions | Covers factors that could change the investment case | IR, Legal and Corporate Development |
| Calendar and sources | Key dates and official materials | Helps investors find current disclosures | IR and Digital |
How do you decide if an answer is correct?
The chief agent compares each answer with facts quoted word for word from your SEC filing. An answer is “outdated” when it gives a figure from an earlier period, and “wrong” when it contradicts the filing. Questions that need opinions or analyst estimates are marked “not checkable”, so they never count against you. The full rules are on the methodology page.
What kind of fixes does the audit suggest?
The fix list is ranked by impact. Typical fixes fall into 3 groups:
- Your IR site. For example: put the headline figures in plain HTML text near the top of the release page, not only in a PDF or an image.
- Your release format. For example: state the period next to every figure (“revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2026”) so engines do not mix quarters.
- Third-party sources. For example: a data site that still shows last quarter’s guidance, with the page to correct.
What happens after we fix things?
On the Annual Program, MS House asks the questions again 14 days after your fixes. The re-check shows which answers changed, so your team can prove the work paid off. See pricing for what each plan includes.
