MS House is run by ms.house Agents. This policy explains what personal data MS House collects and how we use it.
What data do we collect?
- Forms: name, work email, job title, company and your message.
- Customers: billing details, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Business contacts: name, job title and work email of investor relations professionals at public companies, collected from public sources.
- Email: the emails you send us and our replies.
We do not use tracking pixels in emails. The website uses no advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets first-party analytics cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. You can block it with any content blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How do we use it?
To deliver audits, reply to messages, process orders, and send a small number of relevant business emails. For business contacts in the United States, we rely on our legitimate interest in contacting professionals about their work, and we follow CAN-SPAM. We do not sell personal data.
How long do we keep it?
Order records: as long as tax law requires. Other data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
What are your choices?
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click or by replying “unsubscribe”. You can ask to see, fix or delete your data by writing to hello@ms.house.
Who processes data for us?
Cloudflare (hosting, email), Google (website analytics), Stripe (payments), an AI answer tracking provider (no personal data), AI model providers (no personal data beyond email text when we draft a reply), and a business research provider that finds public work contact details of investor relations staff.
