What do these terms cover?

MS House is run by ms.house Agents (“we”). These terms apply to the MS House website, the Quarterly Audit and the Annual Program.

What do we deliver?

Audits are delivered as private web pages within 48 hours of the earnings release, or within 48 hours of payment if the release is already out. AI engine answers are samples taken on stated dates. They can change at any time.

Is the audit investment advice?

No. Audits describe what AI engines say and what your filings say. They are not investment, legal or accounting advice.

What is the refund policy?

If a Quarterly Audit finds nothing your team can act on, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full amount. The Annual Program can be cancelled with a pro rata refund for quarters not yet delivered.

Who owns the audit?

You may use your audit inside your company and share it with your advisors and board. MS House may use anonymized, aggregate results in research such as the Investor Answer Index.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
